Commemorating September 11

The Smithsonian National Museum is commemorating the tenth anniversary of September 11 with a display of more than fifty objects collected from the three attack sites September 3 through September 11. The display will  include items that serve as a visual representation of the change in American’s lives since the attacks.

A companion website contains an online view of the artifacts, highlights from the 2002 exhibition, educational resources, and a discussion board where people can share their memories and thoughts with others.
